  If wifi doesn't start, the unit shouldn't try to start influx. This could also be broken out and retried after a good wifi connection is created.

  Created a new wifi start function that doesn't include a delay. It just attempts and exits. This should keep the terminal commands responsive when a wifi is not connecting.
